AKS Water-bound Retrievers Holding Fee & Reservation Policy

We accept a ___________ NON-REFUNDABLE holding fee to reserve a puppy for you. Priority of pick for the puppies is established by the order holding fees were received. The holding fee is ONLY REFUNDABLE in the event the breeding does not take or the gender / color you requested in not available (we do not take holding fees on certain “shades” example: white or fox red as long as the female whelps enough pups, holding fees are non-refundable!)

The remainder of the payment for the puppy in CASH ONLY is due on the day the puppy is picked up between 7-8 weeks old, if your puppy is being shipped (8 weeks old) the balance of the puppy is due before the puppy reaches 7 weeks of age along with All shipping costs by bank money order, Zelle or Venmo.

Anyone using these payapps for the holding fee or to pay the balance of the puppy/shipping please pay there fee if using buyer protection, I do not cover it!

Please review a copy of our sale agreement / guarantee form prior to making deposit.

PICKED-UP DAY/TIME:

We at AKS understands you may have to work ect; BUT please make arragements ahead of time to pick up your new puppy, pups are ready to go at 7-8 weeks old, please do not wait last minute to try to take off work ect; pups will be picked up in the order the holding fee were recieved the weekend we set for them to go home, which will be on the week of there 8 week birthday (Friday thru Sunday). Anyone that can not pick up there pup on the dates we set for pickup will loose there holding fee {holding fee can be transferred to another litter} NO EXCEPTIONS!
